Since our friends were over for wine tasting Saturday night, and my parents are in town, I decided to try making tiramisu again. This was my 2nd attempt at improving the tiramisu recipe. From everyone's reaction on Saturday, I think it is safe to say the tiramisu was a hit. Next up should be mini cheesecakes. Oh wait, Herman has requested for a homemade birthday cake this year, so I better start looking at chocolate cake recipes for this fruit-phobe.
